摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)的爆发给人民和国家带来了重大的影响,由于新冠肺炎尚无足够的证据完全排除眼部传播的可能性,给眼部防护和眼科疾病的诊治带来了新的挑战。为了在防护疫情的前提下,安全合理的开展门急诊工作,上海市第一人民医院眼科从患者管理、医护人员防护等方面进行了一系列的改良,收到了良好的效果。2020年1月23日至3月23日,眼科共接诊门诊患者15921人次,急诊患者543人次,无医护人员感染,在保证安全的前提下较好的提供了医疗服务。共接诊结膜炎患者2486人次,未发现新冠肺炎的确诊患者,可能与上海疫情不严重、本地患者总量较少有关。此外,SARS-CoV-2是否能在泪液中寻及、结膜炎是否有可能是新冠肺炎的首发症状尚未见确切的研究报道。因此,在充分防护的前提下接诊结膜炎患者的风险是可控的。The outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)has brought great influence to the people and the country.Because COVID-19 still has not enough evidence to completely exclude the possibility of eye transmission,this poses challenges to eye protection and diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases.In order to carry out outpatient and emergency work safely and reasonably under the premise of epidemic prevention,the Ophthalmology Department of Shanghai First People’s Hospital has made a series of improvements from the aspects of patient management,medical staff protection and so on,and has received good results.From January 23 to March 23,2020,Department of Ophthalmology received 15921 outpatients and 543 emergency patients,without infection of medical staffs.Proper medical services were provided under the premise of infection control.Two thousand four hundred and eighty-six conjunctivitis cases were seen,and no confirmed COVID-19 cases were found.The results may be related to the fact that the epidemic situation is not serious in Shanghai and the total number of local COVID-19 patients is less.In addition,whether SARS-CoV-2 could be found in tear or whether conjunctivitis could be the initial symptom is still unknown.Therefore,the risk of seeing conjunctivitis patients with adequate protection is controllable.
