摘 要:针对由于数据中心新国标温度范围放宽,原有精密空调的节能策略需要改进,但直接调整精密空调存在安全风险的问题,提出一种基于计算流体动力学(CFD)对某机房的温度环境进行数值仿真,研究新国标下节能的可行性方法。首先,建立数据机房的计算流体动力学仿真模型,使用仿真软件6SigmaDC模拟当前机房的环境温度,获得机房的仿真温度分布;然后,通过对比机房的实测温度分布和仿真温度分布,验证了仿真模型的有效性;最后,在仿真模型内通过优化精密空调的设定参数,得到当前机房运行环境条件下精密空调的节能方案。实验结果表明,仿真模型确实能反映出真实机房的温度场,以及空调参数对机房温度场的影响。In view of the problem that the temperature range of the data center is wider in the new national standard and the energy saving strategy of the original precision air conditioning needs to be improved,but there are safety risks in adjusting the precise air conditioning directly,a method based on Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)was proposed to conduct numerical simulation on the temperature environment of the computer room and study the feasibility of energy saving under the new national standard. Firstly,a CFD simulation model of the computer room was established,and the simulation software 6 SigmaDC was used to simulate the environment temperature of the current computer room to obtain the simulation temperature distribution of the computer room. Then the effectiveness of the simulation model was verified by comparing the measured temperature distribution with the simulated one. Finally,by optimizing the parameter setting of the precision air conditioner in the simulation model,the energy-saving scheme of the precision air conditioner in the current operating environment of the computer room was obtained. The experimental results show that the simulation model can indeed reflect the temperature field of the real computer room,as well as the influence of air conditioning parameters on the temperature field of the computer room.
