摘  要:通过改变前体正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)的量之比(0.66~5)合成了亚微米级硅微球(MTEOS-0.66~2.5),并将其分散到植物油中,制备了具有疏水性能的植物油基脱模剂,考察了含硅微球的粒径、在植物油中的分散情况以及含硅微球对脱模剂性能的影响。结果表明,MTEOS-0.66~2.5在植物油中的分散性较好,颗粒尺寸随着MTES和TEOS量之比的增加而增大,而MTEOS-5很难分散在植物油中;含硅微球的加入能明显提高砂浆表面的接触角,脱模剂疏水性能随着含硅微球浓度的增加而提高;对于MTES与TEOS量之比较低(0.66和1.25)的脱模剂,其界面张力随含硅微球浓度的增大而线性增加,对于含有MTEOS-2和MTEOS-2.5的脱模剂,当颗粒浓度高于一定数值时,其界面张力不再发生变化。当MTES与TEOS的量之比为2.5时,制备的脱模剂的疏水性能最好,能使砂浆表面的接触角大于145°,且其疏水能力保持时间长。此外,表面涂敷含有MTEOS-2.5的脱模剂的砂浆力学性能也得到提高。The submicron-sized particles(MTEOS-0.66~2.5)were synthesized by changing the molar ratio between tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and methyltriethoxysilane(MTES)from 0.66 to 5,and then the prepared silicon microspheres were dispersed in vegetable oil to prepare a hydrophobic vegetable oil-based release agent.The particle size of silicon microsphere,the dispersion in vegetable oil and the effect of silicon microsphere on the performance of the release agent were investigated.Results show that MTEOS-0.66~2.5 has good dispersibility in vegetable oil,the particle size increases with the increase of ratio of MTES and TEOS,however MTEOS-5 is difficult to disperse in vegetable oil.The addition of silicon microsphere can sharply increase the contact angle of the mortar surface,and the hydrophobic performance of the release agent improves with the concentration of silicon microsphere.For the release agent with a relatively low amount of MTES and TEOS(0.66 and 1.25),its interfacial tension increases linearly with the content of silicon microsphere.For the release agent containing MTEOS-2 and MTEOS-2.5,when the particle content is higher than a certain value,the interfacial tension no longer changes.When the molar ratio of MTES to TEOS is 2.5,the prepared silicon microsphere has the best hydrophobicity,and the contact angle of the mortar on the surface is greater than 145°.In addition,the mechanical properties of the mortar coated with the release agent containing MTEOS-2.5 have been improved.
