摘　　要：介绍了叠氮基三甲基硅烷的制备方法,综述了叠氮基三甲基硅烷在金属异核双中心配合物的构筑、叠氮基异吲哚的制备、四唑并哌嗪类螺环化合物的合成、C(sp^2)-H和C(sp^3)-H的串联双胺化反应及新型2-吡咯烷酮类化合物的合成等领域应用的最新研究进展,并展望了其发展趋势。The preparations of trimethylsilylazide and the construction of trimethylsilylazide in metal heteronuclear bimetallic complex is introduced,and the preparations of azido isoindole,the synthesis of spirotetrazolepiperazine-piperidine,the tandem oxidative amination of C(sp^2)-H and C(sp^3)-H,and the synthesis of 2-pyrrolidone compounds are reviewed simultaneously,and the future trend of trimethylsilylazide have also been predicted.
