摘  要:采用正交表L9(34)进行试验设计,研究了不同培养基、6-BA浓度、KT浓度和琼脂浓度对俄罗斯杨树新品种N12玻璃化组培苗恢复培养的影响。结果表明:不同培养基、6-BA浓度、KT浓度和琼脂浓度对玻璃化组培苗恢复率的影响具有极显著的差异,其作用大小依次为培养基>6-BA浓度>KT浓度>琼脂浓度;促进玻璃化组培苗恢复培养的最佳处理方式为MS培养基、0 mg/L 6-BA、0.5 mg/L KT和9%琼脂,其玻璃化组培苗恢复效果最好。The orthogonal table L9(34)was used for experimental design.The effects of different media,6-BA concentration,KT concentration and agar concentration on the restoration of vitrified tissue culture seedlings of a new Russian poplar variety were studied.The results showed that the effects of different media,6-BA concentration,KT concentration,and agar concentration on the recovery rate of vitrification tissue culture seedlings were extremely significant,and their effects were in the order of medium>6-BA concentration>KT concentration>agar concentration;the best treatment to promote the recovery of vitrification tissue culture seedlings is MS medium,0 mg/L 6-BA,0.5 mg/L KT and 9%agar.The vitrification tissue culture seedling has the best recovery effect.
