木酢液应用对黄檗播种育苗的影响

摘　　要：将木酢液应用在黄檗播种育苗生产中,进行种子处理、病虫害防治及苗木生长期喷施等技术环节研究,并与相关处理进行对比试验。结果表明,黄檗播种育苗生产中应用木酢液与对照相比,种子发芽率、发芽势可提高12%、10%;可降低苗木病害感病率18.46%及虫害发生率30.36%;能有效促进苗木生长发育,其苗木的高生长均值增加11 cm;地径生长均值增加0.116 cm;须根数量均值多17.6条;成苗率均值增加4.6%;产苗量增加6.17万株/hm2。The application of wood sorsorin liquor in the seedling production was studied in the aspects of seed treatment,pest control and spraying in the seedling growth period,and compared with the related treatment.The results show that the amur cork tree planting seedling production in the application of wood juice liquid,compared to 12%could improve seed germination rate and germination potential of 10%and can decrease the rate of seedling disease infected by 18.4630.36%and the incidence of pests,can effectively promote seedling growth and development,the average growth of the seedlings increased average 11 cm,diameter growth increased by 0.116 cm,fibrous root quantity more than average 17.6,the mean rate increased by 4.6%,seedling production increase of 61700 plants/hm2.
