摘  要:各国研究机构针对PBX炸药装药安全贮存寿命研究技术,开展了大量的人工加速老化试验与老化机理研究。为了推动我国炸药贮存寿命评估方法和技术研究,本文综述了国外PBX贮存寿命研究方法和PBX炸药老化机理,介绍了法、英、德、捷克、荷兰、芬兰、瑞典等欧洲7国的“钝感弹药与老化研究项目”的研究内容、采用的老化性能试验以及装药老化对其安全贮存寿命影响的相关结论。同时,还介绍了北大西洋公约组织最新公布的关于PBX炸药的老化试验标准STANAG4666,包括试验方法和判据。结合当前国内外研究现状,对国内PBX炸药装药安全贮存寿命研究和评价标准体系提出了建议。A large number of artificial aging experiments and aging mechanisms research for the storage safety life of PBX explosive charges were carried out by national research institutes.The research methods of PBX storage life abroad and the aging mechanism of PBX explosives were summarized.The researches of the“Insensitive Ammunition and Aging Research Project”in seven European countries including France,Britain,Germany,Czech Republic,Netherlands,Finland,Sweden and so on with adopted aging performance test and related conclusions about the influence of aging of charge on its safe storage life were introduced.The North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s latest aging test standard STANAG4666 on PBX explosives including experimental methods and criteria was proposed.The domestic storage safety life researches of PBX explosive charge and evaluation standard system were suggested based on the current research status at home and abroad in the thesis.
