摘  要:为了提高锂电池模块强制风冷的散热效果和温度均匀性,本文设计了一种含折流板的串行风冷结构,采用往复式风冷对该电池模块结构进行散热。利用Fluent软件对电池模块的温度场和空气流场进行了模拟仿真,讨论了折流板间距和风冷方向改变次数对电池模块的散热效果和温度均匀性的影响。结果表明:电池模块中的折流板的扰流作用使空气流体环绕电池呈“蛇形”流动,由层流转变为错流;折流板间距72 mm的电池模块散热效果最好,其散热效率的提高随着风速的增大而增大;随着空气流体往复循环的次数增大,电池模块的温度均匀性提高,风速5 m·s-1时,折流板的扰流作用能进一步提高强制风冷散热的均匀性。In order to improve the heat dissipation efficiency and temperature uniformity of Li-ion battery module based on enforced air cooling,a simple serial air cooling structure with baffles was developed in this paper.The generated heat from the battery module was dissipated by reciprocating enforced air-cooling.The temperature and air flow field of the battery module using the forced air cooling was numerically simulated by CFD software of Fluent,and the influence of baffles space and the changed numbers of air flow direction were discussed on the heat dissipation and temperature uniformity.The results indicate thatthe incorporation of the baffles in battery module improves heat dissipation efficiency of air fluid due to the turbulence effect of the baffles in the battery module which makes the air fluid flow from laminar flow to cross-flow around the battery in a serpentine way.The enforced air cooling effect with baffles distance of 72 mm is superior to others and its efficiency of heat dissipation is enhanced with the increase of the enforced air inlet velocity.The temperature uniformity of the battery module increases with the increase of the numbers of air fluid reciprocating cycles.At the inlet velocity of 5 m·s-1,the temperature uniformity is further improved based on reciprocating enforced air-cooling due to the effect of baffles on the turbulent enforced air flow.
