摘　　要：唇裂继发的鼻畸形结构复杂、治疗难度大,接受多次手术修复才能重建出良好的鼻部外形。在患者鼻部结构发育完成后施行的终期鼻整形是各期手术中最重要的一步,涉及鼻部所有畸形结构的调整、各种整形技术的应用、多种材料的移植,以尽可能达成预定治疗目标。鼻通气功能、鼻小柱短小偏曲、鼻翼不对称是成人唇裂鼻畸形治疗的三大主要内容,近期报道的多种新技术致力于提高这些结构畸形的手术修复效果。临床病例研究证实了这些新技术的有效性,但仍需更高质量的前瞻性随机对照研究以进一步验证。Cleft lip nasal deformity is a disease with complex anatomical structure and difficult treatment,which requires multiple stages of surgery to obtain good treatment results.The final total rhinoplasty performed after the development of the patient's nasal structure is the most important step,which involves the adjustment of all deformed structures of the nose,the application of various plastic techniques,and the transplantation of multiple materials to achieve the intended treatment goals as far as possible.Nasal ventilation,nasal column deflection or insufficient length,and asymmetry of the nasal wing are the three main contents of the treatment of cleft lip nasal deformity in adults.Recently,many new technologies have been reported to improve the surgical results of these structural deformities.Clinical case studies have confirmed the effectiveness of these new technologies,but higher quality prospective randomized controlled studies are still needed for further verification.
