摘 要:本文按艇体耐压壳在周向受到作用力的分布形式,将推力轴承与壳体间连接结构分为三类:基座式、支柱式和多分支式结构。采用结构有限元耦合流体边界元方法对具有上述不同推进结构形式的圆柱壳进行流固耦合计算,以壳体湿表面振动响应与压力分布为输入,计算获得壳体的法向速度振动功率与声辐射功率,并通过波数谱方法量化壳体各波数成分的结构波对壳体振动与声辐射的贡献,揭示了不同推进结构形式对艇体结构声学特性产生影响的机理。根据单自由度隔振理论,提出了改进支柱结构形式的措施。研究发现,支柱与多分支式推进圆柱壳的水下振动特性优于基座式推进圆柱壳,改进后的支柱式推进圆柱壳的水下振动与声辐射特性均优于基座式推进圆柱壳。According to the distribution of the force on the shell in circumferential direction,the connection structure between the thrust bearing and the shell was divided into three categories:pedestal structure,pillar structure and multi-branch structure.Based on FEM\BEM method,the underwater vibration response and pressure distribution of the shell with different forms of propulsion structure were calculated.And using them as input data,the normal velocity vibration power and radiation power were obtained.The contribution of structure waves with different wavenumbers was quantified through wavenumber spectrum method,which reveals the mechanism of influence on the structural acoustic characteristics of the shell with different propulsion structures.According to the theory of vibration isolation with single freedom,the improvement measures of the pillar structure were put forward.Through the study,it can be found that the shell with pillar structure or multi-branch structure has better underwater vibration characteristics.The vibration and sound radiation characteristics of the shell with improved pillar structure are better than those of the shell with pedestal structure.
