城市景观照明总体规划研究——以哈尔滨市为例

摘　　要：城市景观照明与夜经济、旅游经济紧密相关,能够促进城市旅游积极的发展进一步激活城市的经济活力,同时城市照明也存在过度亮化浪费资源的问题。文中梳理了夜经济理论发展的相关概念;对国内外城市照明规划与实施设计的案例进行研究提出夜景观照明规划的基本原则;以哈尔滨为例提出了哈尔滨城市照明总体规划的工作内容和方法,分析哈尔滨景观照明中存在的不足并提出解决的方法,最终探讨与夜经济结合的发展方向。Urban landscape lighting is closely related to night economy and tourism economy,which can promote the positive development of urban tourism and further activate the economic vitality of the city.However,urban lighting also has the problem of excessive lighting and waste of resources.In this paper,with the related concepts of the development of night economy theory,the cases of urban lighting planning and implementation design at home and abroad were studied,furthermore,the basic principles of night landscape lighting planning were proposed.Additionally,taking Harbin city as an example,the shortcomings in Harbin landscape lighting were analyzed,and the solutions were proposed with the urban lighting master scheme.Finally,the direction of night economy development was discussed.
