摘　　要：四川省积极推进康养产业强省建设,着力推动攀西打造国际阳光康养旅游目的地。通过文献梳理和实地调研,剖析了金融支持攀西康养产业发展中所存在的"5难1缺"问题,即康养企业盈利难、公益性康养企业承贷主体资格认定难、康养地产信贷准入难、资产交易流转难、信贷风险分散难、社会保障和商业保险等配套支撑体系不健全。提出强化政府引导,加快完善产业政策规划体系与发展环境,构筑特色商业模式和共赢康养生态圈等政策建议。研究攀西康养产业价值链金融支持体系,既能解决当地金融资源缺乏制约经济社会发展的问题,又能为其它地区发展康养产业提供经验借鉴。In recent years,Sichuan Province has actively promoted the construction of a strong province for the health care industry,and has made great efforts to promote Panxi Economic Zone to build an international sunshine and health tourism resort. By sorting out literatures and field investigation regarding the development status of the Panxi health care industry,the article finds that the Panxi health care industry is still in its infancy,facing some problems such as policy fragmentation,an incomplete industrial chain,the lack of professional personnel,a relatively backward economic foundation,inaccessibility in terms of transportation,and insufficient supporting capacity,instability in enterprises,profit margin which implies that the financial support of the Panxi health care industry is still weak. Through systematic analysis of the problems existing in the development of the Panxi health care industry value chain and the current status of financial services,the article proposes the policy of improving financial support for the Panxi health care industry.
