摘　　要：本文以Tibbo公司的EM2000为核心控制器设计了一种适用于工业环境的微型控制器。整个控制器分为主控制器和扩展模块,主控制器主要设计了8路数字量输入/输出、4路模拟量输入、2路模拟量输出和RS485通信、RS232通信、CAN通信和以太网通信接口,扩展模块主要是扩展主控制器的I/O接口,设计了数字量输入、数字量输出、数字量继电器输出、数字量高速输入/输出4种扩展板。控制器的各个模块都采用了隔离电路将主控电路与接口电路进行隔离,增强控制器的抗干扰性,能够较好地应对复杂的工业环境。Tibbo's EM2000 is used as the core controller to design a micro controller suitable for industrial environments.The entire controller is divided into a main controller and an expansion module.The main controller is mainly designed with 8 digital inputs and outputs,4 analog inputs,2 analog outputs and RS485 communication,RS232 communication,CAN communication and Ethernet communication interface.The expansion module is mainly to expand the I/O interface of the main controller.It designs four types of expansion boards:digital input,digital output,digital relay output,and digital high-speed input and output.Each module of the controller uses an isolation circuit to isolate the main control circuit from the interface circuit,which enhances the controller's anti-interference ability and can better cope with complex industrial environments.
