摘 要:以水溶性油酸酯为电池壳镀镍层基础保护剂组分,分别研究了硫醇、MF缓蚀剂和葵二酸三乙醇胺酯等辅助保护剂对保护膜层性能的影响。采用正交试验对保护剂组分进行了优化,通过中性盐雾实验、高温高湿实验、SEM和EDS等研究了保护膜层的性能。结果表明,当硫醇添加量为1.0%,MF缓蚀剂添加量为1.0%,葵二酸三乙醇胺酯添加量为8.0%时,保护剂制备的膜层综合性能最好。The effects of thiol,MF corrosion inhibitor and triethanolamine glycerate on the performance of the protective film layer were studied using water-soluble oleate as the basic protective agent component of the nickel plating layer of the battery case. The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the composition of the protective agent,and the performance of the protective film layer was studied by neutral salt spray test,high temperature and high humidity test,SEM and EDS. The results showed that when the amount of thiol was 1.0%,the amount of MF corrosion inhibitor was 1.0%,and the amount of triethanolamine malate was 8.0%,the comprehensive performance of the film prepared by the protective agent was best.
