摘 要:高压开关柜是石化企业供配电系统中的重要设备,由于柜体采用密闭性结构,散热条件差,特别是在高温、高负荷期间,由过热引发的开关柜烧柜事故时有发生。通过深入分析高压开关柜发热的原因及故障特性,基于热电阻测温技术、无线传输技术,开发了一种开关柜温升在线监测系统。与传统的阈值报警方式相比,开关柜温升在线监测系统增加了实时数据监测、历史数据管理、发展趋势分析等功能,同时对温度传感器进行了低功耗设计,保证了监测系统长周期运行。系统实时监测开关柜的运行状况,便于工作人员提前发现开关柜的发热故障,及时采取措施,提高企业的供电可靠性,减少经济损失。Switch gears are very important in the power supply and distribution system of petrol chemical industry.The condition for heat dissipation was poor due to its enclosed structure.Especially under high temperature and high load,the burning accident of switch caused by overheating often occurred.In this paper,the causes and the fault characteristics of the high voltage switch gear accidents were analyzed which helped develop an on-line monitoring system for the temperature rise.The system accomplished the functions of real-time data monitoring,historical data management and development trend analysis compared to the traditional threshold alarm mode.The low energy-cost design of the temperature sensor ensured the long-term operation of the monitoring system.The system monitored the operation status of the switch cabinet in real time which allowed the staff to find the heating fault in advance.Measures then were taken in time to improve the reliability of power supply of the enterprise and reduce the economic loss.
