摘　　要：为加快宁德市猪瘟、猪伪狂犬病等疾病的净化节奏,采用ELISA及荧光(RT-)PCR法对2017-2019年所收集的样品进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析、讨论,形成本流行病学调查报告,为完成福建省的中长期动物疫病防治规划提供有力保障。In order to speed up the purification of classical swine fever, pseudorabies and other diseases in Ningde city, ELISA and(RT-)PCR methods were used to test samples collected from 2017 to 2019, and analyzes and discusses the test results to form this epidemiological investigation report. Provide a strong guarantee for the completion of the long-term animal disease control plan in Fujian province.
