摘　　要：比较评价几种猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒阳性血清制备方法,分析各种方法的优缺点及其适用范围,找到一种操作简便、效果理想的方法。方法:20只成年家兔随机分为4组,分别制订不同的免疫方案进行免疫,获取猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒阳性血清。通过比较发现,四足掌、皮下、后大腿肌肉混合免疫程序简单,操作方便,且抗原用量较少;皮下、后大腿肌肉混合免疫所需抗原量较大,但免疫途径最简单,可用于需求量较大的免疫血清的制备;而静脉、后大腿肌肉混合免疫因过敏反应较大,会造成动物机体的严重损伤,故基本不予采用。Several preparation methods of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus positive serum were compared and evaluated, the advantages and disadvantages of each method and their applicable scope were analyzed, and a simple and effective method was found. Methods: twenty adult rabbits were randomly divided into four groups. Different immune schemes were established to immunize them, and the positive serum of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus was obtained.Through comparison, it is found that the mixed immunization program of quadruped palm, subcutaneous and posterior thigh muscles is simple, convenient to operate, and the dosage of antigen is small, and the amount of antigens needed for subcutaneous and posterior thigh muscle mixed immunization is larger, but the immune route is the simplest, which can be used in the preparation of immune serum with great demand.However, the mixed immunity of vein and posterior thigh muscle is more allergic, which will cause serious injury of animal body, so it is basically not used.
