摘 要:本文基于中国工业企业数据和中国海关数据,实证研究了企业外包对就业波动的影响,结果表明:企业外包会加剧就业波动。从影响机制看,外包通过产品质量减缓了就业波动,通过产品种类与技术溢出加剧了就业波动。从外包承接国的特征看,外包承接国的制度、人均GDP和人口数量差异几乎不会对结果产生什么影响,但是与距离显著为负。从企业异质性看,除了与中等规模、较长企业年龄、所处东部地区显著为正外,其余均不显著。Based on the China Industrial Enterprise Database and China Customs Database, this paper empiricallystudies the impact of enterprise outsourcing on employment fluctuations. The results show that: Enterprise outsourcing will increase employment fluctuations. From the perspective of the impact mechanism, outsourcing has slowed employment fluctuations through product quality, and increased employment fluctuations through product types and technology spillovers. Judging from the characteristics of the outsourcing undertaking country, the outsourcing undertaking country’s system, per capita GDP, and population differences will have little impact on the results, but it is significantly negative from the distance. From the perspective of heterogeneity of enterprises, except for the medium-sized enterprises, the longer age of enterprises, and the significant positive in the eastern region, the rest are not significant.
