摘　　要：目的通过搜集临床常用头孢菌素类药物说明书,了解其中关于皮肤过敏试验及其警示语相关规定,强调临床规范头孢菌素皮试的重要性。方法搜集芜湖市第二人民医院2018年3月至2019年3月15种头孢菌素类药物说明书共976份,对说明书中的厂家、规格、皮试要求、警示语、禁忌等内容通过Excel分类汇总及分析。结果 15种头孢菌素药物中有5个品种,共计144份说明书强调在使用前建议进行皮肤过敏试验;140份说明书有交叉过敏警示标志,但描述各不相同。部分药品如头孢克肟、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮舒巴坦、头孢米诺尽管同一通用名,但不同厂家的警示标志也不相同。结论目前头孢菌素类药物说明书中关于皮试内容不规范,且对于交叉过敏过度夸大,一定程度上造成临床滥用皮试,应加以规范。Objective To understand the importance of the clinical standard cephalosporin skin test by collecting the clinical common cephalosporin drug specifications and understanding the relevant regulations on skin sensitivity test and warning signs.Methods A total of 976 instructions of 15 cephalosporin drugs were collected in The Second People’s Hospital of Wuhu,Wuhu form March 2018 to March 2019.The manufacturers,specifications,skin to test requirements,warnings,taboos,etc.in the manual were classified and analyzed by Excel.Results There were 5 varieties of the 15 cephalosporin drugs,a total of 144 instructions emphasized the recommended skin sensitivity test before use;140 instructions had cross-allergy warning signs,but the descriptions were different.Some drugs such as cefaclor,ceftriaxone,cefoperazone sulbactam and cefminox had the same common name,but the warning signs of different manufacturers were also different.Conclusion At present,the content of the skin test of the cephalosporin drug specification is not standardized and the exaggeration of cross-allergy is excessive,which causes clinical abuse of skin to test to a certain extent and should be regulated.
