条形码追溯+手工追溯在降低棉布类手术敷料丢失率中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨条形码追溯+手工追溯在降低棉布类手术敷料丢失率中的应用效果。方法收集我院2019年6~10月同等数量的无编号敷料与出厂有编号敷料:130×200 cm中单各50条;60×80 cm治疗巾各50条;设定实施后为“条形码追溯+手工追溯”,实施前为“手工追溯”,比较实施前后棉布类手术敷料丢失率。结果中单丢失率由30%降至2%;治疗巾丢失率由20%降至0%;棉布类手术敷料丢失率由50%降至2%,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论条形码追溯与手工追溯相结合方法,实现了棉布类手术敷料快速、精准的可追溯性管理,敷料丢失可追责到科室、相关责任人以及丢失敷料编号。科学规范化管理棉布类手术敷料,减少了丢失现象,满足了临床使用需求,保证了手术的顺利。同时完善了工作人员操作的规范性与自觉性,提高了工作质量和工作效率。Objective To explore the application effect of bar code tracing plus manual tracing on reducing the loss rate of cotton surgical dressing.Methods The same numbers of unnumbered dressings and factory numbered dressings of our hospital from June to October 2019 were collected and divided into two groups,with 50 draw sheets sized 130×200 cm and 50 Huck towels sized 60×80 cm in each group."Bar code tracing plus manual tracing"was arranged after the application of bar code tracing plus manual tracing,and"manual tracing"was arranged before the application of bar code tracing plus manual tracing,and the loss rate of cotton surgical dressings was compared before and after improvement.Results The loss rate of draw sheet decreased from 30%to 2%,the loss rate of Huck towel decreased from 20%to 0%,the loss rate of cotton surgical dressing decreased from 50%to 2%,with statistically significant differences between before and after the application of bar code tracing plus manual tracing(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bar code tracing and manual tracing can realize fast and accurate traceability management of cotton surgical dressings.With it,the loss of dressings can be traced to the responsibility of department and relevant responsible persons and the number of dressings lost.Scientific and standardized management of cotton surgical dressings has reduced loss,satisfied clinical needs and ensured smooth operation.Meanwhile,it has improved the manipulation standardization and consciousness of the staff and ameliorated the quality and efficiency of work.
