摘　　要：目的探讨观察舒适护理模式对小儿肱骨髁上骨折后患儿恐惧及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月入住我院的肱骨髁上骨折患儿92例,按护理方式分为两组,每组46例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组患儿的恐惧程度、疼痛程度及恢复情况。结果研究组恐惧程度低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在护理肱骨髁上骨折患儿的过程当中,采取舒适护理能降低患儿的恐惧程度、疼痛程度,提高恢复速度,确保治疗效果,值得在临床上多加广泛推广与应用。Objective To explore and observe the effect of comfort nursing model on the degree of fear and pain in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods 92 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to nursing methods,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care while the study group was given comfort care on the basis of routine care.The degree of fear and pain and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of fear in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing children with supracondylar fracture of humerus,comfort nursing can reduce the degree of fear and pain of children,improve recovery speed and ensure therapeutic effect,so it is worthy of more extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
