区域技术创新对经济增长的影响研究——基于金融环境的视角

摘　　要：文中对区域技术创新与经济增长之间的关系以及金融环境发展水平对区域技术创新经济效应的交互作用进行了跨区域研究。利用《中国统计年鉴》、《中国科技统计年鉴》和万德数据库的2007—2017年的中国各省经济人口数据,通过建立中国金融环境、区域技术创新和经济增长的计量分析模型进行分析。研究发现:创新投入与经济增长实现协同发展,区域技术创新发展对经济增长的影响因区域不同而存在差异,其中,中国西部地区技术创新的经济效应对良好金融环境的敏感性最强。本研究的结论为我国东中西部地区的技术创新营造有效的外部金融环境提供了政策指导服务,对各区域的技术创新发展具有重要意义。This paper studies the relationship between regional technological innovation and economic growth and the interaction between financial development level and economic effect of innovation development.The econometric analysis model of China’s financial environment,regional technological innovation and economic growth was established to analyze the economic population data of China’s provinces from 2007 to 2017 from China statistical yearbook,China statistical yearbook of science and technology and Vanderbilt database.It is found that innovation investment and economic growth achieve coordinated development,and the impact of regional technological innovation development on economic growth varies in different regions.Among them,the economic effect of innovation development in western China is the most sensitive to good financial environment.The study provides policy guidance for creating an effective external financial environment for the innovation and development of the eastern and central regions of China and is of great significance to the technological innovation and development of all regions.
