失地农民补偿关系研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国城市化工业化发展迅速,这一过程中大量农民失去土地,然而长期的城乡二元经济结构给失地农民的生活保障带来一定阻碍。文章以补偿失地农民的切身利益为目标,将失地农民的财政补偿标准作为研究的重点,探讨对失地农民进行财政补偿的方式方法和财政补偿的结构及其适度性问题。Since the reform and opening up,China’s urban chemical industry has developed rapidly.In this process,a large number of farmers lost their land.However,the long-term dual structure has brought some obstacles to the life security of farmers who lost their land.In this paper,compensation for the vital interests of landless farmers as the goal,the financial compensation standards of landless farmers as the focus of research,to explore the ways and means of financial compensation for landless farmers,the structure of financial compensation and its appropriateness.
