摘　　要：经济"新常态"下,山西经济转型发展需要从供给侧结构性改革出发寻求新的战略思路。基于供给侧结构性改革理论内涵,从要素结构、产业结构、经济主体结构以及政府职能四方面分析山西经济发展中出现的关键问题,提出山西经济转型发展"质量、动力、效率"改革的三重战略思路。Under the economic"new normal",the economic transformation and development of Shanxi Province needs to seek new strategic thinking from the perspective of supply-side structural reform.Based on the theoretical connotation of supply-side structural reform,this paper analyzes the key problems in Shanxi’s economic development from four aspects:element structure,industrial structure,economic subject structure and government function,and puts forward the triple strategic thinking of"quality,power and efficiency"reform in Shanxi’s economic transformation and development.
