摘  要:近年来大学生的毕业人数激增,由于专业、家庭传统观念、市场男女分工差异等,理工科高校中女大学生的就业相对严峻。研究以安徽建筑大学女毕业生为调查对象,通过问卷对女大学生就业性别歧视的问题进行剖析,提出解决就业性别歧视问题的建议,旨在规范大学生就业市场,帮助更多大学生成功就业。In recent years,the number of college graduates has soared.Due to the differences in majors,family traditions and division of labor between men and women in the market,the employment of female college students in science and engineering colleges is relatively severe.This paper takes female graduates of Anhui Jianzhu University as the object of investigation,analyzes the problem of gender discrimination in employment of female college students through questionnaire,and puts forward suggestions to solve the problem of gender discrimination in employment,aiming at standardizing the job market of college students and helping more college students succeed in employment.
