摘  要:针对盐津桥水库工程设计时未进行水工模型试验,长期处于非正常洪水调度方式,灌溉及发电功能不能正常发挥且大流量洪水调度风险大等问题,采用FLOW-3D软件对大坝溢洪道泄流能力和消能防冲进行数值模拟,并与初设数据进行对比分析,在验证模拟方法的可靠性的同时对大坝运行和泄洪安全进行了安全复核。结果表明:数值模拟结果与水力学计算基本吻合。校核洪水工况下,陡槽段边墙超高不满足泄洪要求,泄洪时会冲刷岸坡,危及对岸污水处理厂安全。分析成果可为已建水库大坝安全鉴定提供一定设计支撑与参考。Aiming at the problems such as no hydraulic model test at design stage,flood regulation operating abnormally for a long term,work function in irrigation and water power performing normally and encountering high risk in regulation of large flow flood for Yanjinqiao reservoir project,in this paper,the authors by using FLOW-3D software carried out the numerical simulation for spillway flood discharge capacity and energy dissipation and scour prevention,compared with and analyzed the preliminary design data,verified the reliability of simulation method,and at the same time rechecked the safety of dam operation and flood discharge.The results show that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with those of hydraulic calculation.Under the check flood condition,the super-elevation of side wall of chute section cannot meet safety requirement of flood discharge,which will scour the bank slope and endanger the safety of sewage treatment plant at the opposite bank.The results can be used to provide design support and reference in safety assessment for a dam of a reservoir completed.
