摘  要:力学性能指标检测是钢丝绳性能评价的必备环节,是其应用产品或行业领域安全运行的重要保证。基于操作系统的一体机平台,研制出一套钢丝绳力学性能智能检测系统。该系统完成了钢丝绳拉力、扭转和弯曲性能的检测、存储与显示,并能通过无线通信实时传送至计算机信息系统进行自动管理和报告处理。目前,该系统在公司检测中心进行了实际应用,结果表明:钢丝绳拉力检测系统最大误差小于1%,扭转弯曲检测系统稳定性好,达到企业检测要求和国家检测标准。The detection of mechanical properties is an important guarantee for the application of the product or safety operation in its field,and it is also a proper part of wire rope performance evaluation.An intelligent testing system for mechanical properties of wire rope is developed based on the operating system’s integrated platform,which can detect,store and display the tensile,torsion and bending properties of the wire rope.It can transmit to the computer information system to carry on the automatic management and the report processing through the wireless communication in real time.For now,it has been applied in the company's testing center with good effects.The testing results indicate that the maximum error of wire rope tension detection system is less than 1%,the torsion and bending detection system has high stability,and all kinds of detection systems meet the requirements of the enterprise and the national testing standards.
