摘 要:某取水泵站曾多次出现乙段电源失电导致甲段电源所带水泵停泵的情况,严重影响了供水系统可靠性。为解决该问题,通过对水泵一次回路、二次回路接线原理的分析,找出了导致问题的根本原因——水泵一次回路和二次回路的电源不同段,并以此提出两种解决方案:一是增加PLC模块,将一次回路电源不同段的水泵的保护回路分开,二是优化保护回路的电源供电方式,通过双电源自动切换装置和UPS,实现主电源失电情况下,备用电源的无缝接入,保证PLC模块的不间断供电。经综合对比,实施了方案二,通过调试验证,证明该方案切实有效,解决了因外电源失电导致水泵非预期停泵问题。The problem had happened several times in XX water intake pumping station:the pumps connected to power-supply line A stopped once the power-supply line B got power cut.The reliability of the water supply system was badly impacted.To solve the problem,by analyzing primary and secondary circuit,the author found the root cause-the problematic pump’s two circuits were connected to different bars of power system,and proposed two solutions from different perspectives:the first is by adding PLC modules,separating the protection circuit’s power supply of pumps that connected to different primary circuit power supply bar,the second is optimizing the way of protection circuit’s power supply.By double power automatic switch cabinet and UPS,system can access to standby power supply seamlessly in case of main power source failure,providing PLC modules uninterrupted power supply.After comprehensive comparison,the author executed the second solution.By adjustment,the solution was provided affective to solve the unexpected shutdown of pumps.
