阿伦膦酸钠对老年糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨密度及骨转换指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿伦膦酸钠对老年糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨密度及骨转换指标的影响,以期为老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松的患者的治疗提供借鉴。方法选择我院2019年2月至2020年1月期间收治的老年2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松的患者作为研究对象,共计纳入研究77例,按照随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组38例,接受血糖控制治疗+钙尔奇D治疗,观察组39例,在对照组基础上加用阿仑膦酸钠治疗,对比两组患者骨密度、骨代谢指标变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者骨密度以及骨转换指标显著优于对照组,且P<0.05。结论给予老年糖尿病骨质疏松患者阿仑膦酸钠治疗,能够提升骨密度,降低骨转化,改善骨质疏松情况。Objective To investigate the effects of sodium alondronate on bone density and bone turnover in elderly diabetic osteoporosis patients,so as to provide reference for the treatment of elderly diabetic osteoporosis patients.Methods our hospital in February 2019-January 2020 admitted during the period of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis as the research object,a total of included in the study of 77 cases were divided into control group and observation group,in accordance with the principle of randomized,controlled in the control group 38 cases,treated with blood sugar control+calcium he D treatment,observation group 39 cases,on the basis of control group added with Allen phosphonic acid sodium treatment,compared two groups of patients with bone mineral density and bone metabolism index changes.Results After treatment,the bone mineral density and bone turnover indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion:Alendronate can improve bone density,reduce bone transformation and improve osteoporosis in elderly diabetic patients.
