摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎的爆发对消化内镜中心诊疗和护理带来前所未有的严峻考验。为全力做好消化内镜中心疫情防控工作,最大限度降低新型冠状病毒肺炎在消化内镜中心的感控风险,本文参考以国家权威机构公开的有关新型冠状病毒肺炎防控的最新医学资讯以及消化内镜专业诊疗意见及临床感控特点,对消化内镜中心分诊预约、候诊预检、诊疗过程、内镜处理等环节开展全流程"链接式"护理防控措施保证医务人员和患者诊疗安全。以期为各级医院消化内镜中心护理同仁在疫情期间的护理防控研究工作提供参考。The outbreak of Corona Virus Disease-19(COVID-19)has brought unprecedented challenges to the G.I.endoscopy center,concerning the diagnosis,treatment and nursing.Refer to the latest authoritative medical information,endoscopic professional medical advice and clinical characteristics of the prevention and control of COVID-19,we develop the whole process of"linked"nursing prevention and control measures for triage and appointments,waiting preview,examination and treatment,to ensure the safety of medical staff and patients,prevent and control the epidemic and minimize the risk of Corona Virus Disease-19 in the G.I.endoscopy center.The purpose of the study is to provide reference for nursing colleagues of G.I.endoscopy center in all levels of hospitals during the epidemic.
