腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者在麻醉恢复室的护理

摘　　要：目的分析对腹腔镜下进行胆囊切除术患者实施麻醉恢复室护理的临床效果。方法本次研究以我院收治的76例胆囊切除术患者,采用双盲法将其分为对照组和研究组,各38例,对照组胆囊切除术患者麻醉恢复期实施常规护理,研究组实施麻醉恢复室护理,比较两组患者术后出麻醉恢复室时间和满意度评分差异。结果调查显示,研究组患者出麻醉恢复室时间明显短于对照组,并且满意度评分也明显高于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下进行胆囊切除术患者麻醉恢复期实施麻醉恢复室护理干预取得显著效果。Objective To analyzethe effects of nursing interventions onthe patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomyin the postanesthesia care unit(PACU).Methods:In this study,76 roup by double-blind method(n=38 in each group).Postanesthesia nursing interventions and between the two groups.Results The results of the study showed that the PACU stay length in the experimentalgroup was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the the traditional group(p<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventionsconducted during the postanesthesia recovery periodhave accelerated postoperative recovery of the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
