中国“一带一路”倡议与韩国“欧亚战略”的对接分析

摘　　要：韩国的“欧亚战略”是一套具有韩国特色的有一定国际影响力的外交模式。中国的“一带一路”倡议虽较“欧亚战略”提出的晚,但凭借强大的综合国力和不同寻常的执行力,已成为当今世界规模最大的合作平台和最受欢迎的公共产品。做好二者的对接,不仅有利于“欧亚战略”的积极推进和“一带一路”倡议开放广度、深度的增强,更有利于修复因“萨德”遇冷的中韩关系。Korea’s“Eurasian Strategy”is a diplomatic model with Korean characteristics and international impact.China’s“Belt and Road Initiative”has been raised later than Korea’s“Eurasian Strategy”,but the“Belt and Road Initiative”has become the world’s largest cooperation platform and the most popular public product depending on China’s strong comprehensive national strength and unusual governmental execution.Smooth butt joint of China’s“Belt and Road Initiative”and Korea’s“Eurasian Strategy”could not only actively promote the development of“Eurasian Strategy”and enable the“Belt and Road Initiative”to be much more“open”and“multilayer”,but also more importantly,provide favorable atmosphere and condition for the recovery of the unpleasant relation between China and Korea by reason of“THAAD”.
