摘　　要：流量测量仪表在国民经济和人民生活中扮演着重要角色,因而受到普遍关注。在温度、压力、流量、液位四大参数中,流量测量是难度高、有待解决问题多的一类测量。我国流量仪表开发、研究、制造起步较晚,但发展较快。改革开放之后,民企、中外合资企业和外商独资企业蓬勃发展。新型流量计高歌猛进,传统流量计稳中有进,产品品种进一步向深度和广度发展。新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备的应用推动了技术水平的提高。软件技术向流量仪表全面渗透,促进了仪表产品的智能化、现代化。但流量技术蓬勃发展的同时,也存在不少问题,如低水平重复、低价无序竞争较多、投资不足、自主创新较少、个别企业诚信不够。在技术进步方面,叙述了科里奥利质量流量计、超声流量计、电磁流量计、一体化差压流量计、声纳流量计等部分成果,重点对流量测量仪表应用技术进行了研究。最后指出从事产品研究和制造的工程师应足够重视现场应用和对被测流体物性的认识。The flow measurement instrument plays a vital role in the national economy and people’s life, so it is widely concerned.Among the four parameters of temperature,pressure,flow and liquid level,flow measurement is the difficult and unsolved one.The development,research and manufacture of flow meters in China started late but developed rapidly.After the reform and development,private enterprises,sino foreign joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises are booming.The new flowmeter is advancing rapidly,the traditional flowmeter is advancing steadily,and the product variety is further developing to the depth and breadth.The application of new technology,new process,new material and new equipment promotes the improvement of the technical level.The penetration of software technology into flow meters has promoted the intellectualization and modernization of meter products.However,with the rapid development of traffic technology,there are also many problems,such as low-level repetition,more low-cost disordered competition,insufficient investment,less independent innovation,and insufficient integrity of individual enterprises.In the aspect of technical progress,some achievements of Coriolis mass flowmeter,ultrasonic flowmeter,electromagnetic flowmeter,integrated differential pressure flowmeter and sonar flowmeter are described,and the application technology of flow measurement instrument is mainly studied.Last not the least,it is pointed out that engineers engaged in product research and manufacturing should pay enough attention to the field application and the understanding of the physical properties of the measured fluid.
