摘 要:智能电厂已经成为现代化电厂的发展趋势,现场总线技术是构建智能电厂的重要手段。但是现场总线技术故障的多样性为现场维护带来了很大的困难。通过对基于OvatI/On控制系统的FF和Profibus- DP现场总线控制系统的分析,结合某电厂投产后出现的现场总线系统故障,总结出现场总线故障的诊断方法。利用FBT- 6诊断监控器和ProfiTrace网络测试仪分别对FF和DP现场总线故障定位和查找故障原因的方法,并结合相关的现场故障实例进行分析。该研究为现场总线故障的诊断形成了一整套便捷、可行的诊断方法,为现场总线维护人员提供参考。Smart power plant has become the development trend of modern power plant.Fieldbus technology is an important means of constructing intelligent power plant,but the diversity of fieldbus technical faults brings great difficulties for field maintenance.Through the analysis of FF and Profibus- DP based on OvatI/On control system,combining with the fieldbus system fault appeared after putting in a certain power plant,the diagnostic methods of fieldbus are summarized up.The method utilizing the FBT- 6 monitors and ProfiTrace network tester respectively for FF and DP fieldbus of fault locatI/On and the cause of the problem are investigated,then,the relevant instances of field failure are analyzed.This research has formed a set of convenient and feasible diagnosis methods for fieldbus faults diagnosis,and provides a reference for fieldbus maintenance personnel.
