摘 要:动力总成后悬置拉杆是汽车中的关键零部件,对整车的安全与耐久性能有着重要影响。目前业内对于后悬置拉杆强度没有统一、准确的仿真分析方法。通过台架试验对仿真模型进行标定、优化,并结合整车实际采集加速度定义仿真工况,最终确定出了后悬置拉杆的强度仿真分析方法。The rear link of powertrain is a key part of the vehicle,which has an important impact on the safety and durability of the whole vehicle.At present,there is no uniform and accurate simulation analysis method for the strength of the rear link of powertrain in the industry.The simulation model was calibrated and optimized through the bench test,and the simulation load cases were defined by combining the actual acquisition acceleration of the whole vehicle,finally the method of the rear link strength analysis was specified.
