摘  要:车辆在加/减油门过程中,由于传动间隙和系统弹性作用,使得车辆产生扭转振动和瞬时冲击,即“Clunk”问题,这对车辆的驾驶性能和乘坐舒适性有很大影响。基于AMESim软件建立某客车传动系系统仿真模型,仿真分析结果与实验测试结果趋势一致,验证了模型的正确性。仿真研究了发动机油门滤波、间隙对加/减油门“Clunk”问题的影响。仿真和实车验证测试结果表明:对于“Clunk”问题,发动机油门滤波改善效果最优,间隙的帮助不大。During throttle tip in/out,due to the transmission clearance and system elasticity,the vehicle driveline produces torsional vibration and instantaneous impact,that is the problem of Clunk,which seriously affect the driving performance and riding comfort for the vehicle.The simulation model for a bus driveline was established based on AMESim software,and the simulation analysis results were consistent with the experiment test results,which verified the correctness of the simulation model.The influence of the engine throttle filter and transmission clearance was studied.The result of simulation and real vehicle verification test show that the engine throttle filter has the best improvement effect and the transmission clearance has less helpful for the problem of Clunk.
