摘　　要：简述了半水-二水磷矿评价装置的开发目的,分别从磷矿评价装置的流程和磷矿评价试验典型的分析指标两方面,介绍了半水-二水磷矿评价装置的开发内容。另外,阐述了半水-二水磷矿评价装置的功能及用途,即在评价装置的基础上,借助辅助分析仪器,进行磷矿理化性质分析、过程控制分析、成品酸分析、石膏矿物学特征分析等。最后,介绍了中国五环工程有限公司磷矿评价装置的开发进展及意义。This paper introduces the development purpose of the semi-dihydrate phosphate evaluation device,and presents the development content of the semi-dihydrate phosphate evaluation device from its process flow and typical analysis indices.It also elaborates the functions and applications of the semi-dihydrate phosphate evaluation device,namely,analysis of physical and chemical properties of phosphate ore,analysis of process control,product acid and gypsum mineralogy characteristics through auxiliary analytical instruments on the basis of the evaluation device.In the end,it summarizes the development progress and significance of the phosphate evaluation device by Wuhuan Engineering Co.,Ltd.
