摘　　要：针对低温甲醇洗装置运行过程中出现的H2S超标、原料气终冷器压差高、氨蒸发器泄漏等一系列问题,分析了原因,提出了切实可行的解决措施,确保装置正常运行,效果显著。A series of problems occurred in the operation of the low-temperature methanol washing unit,such as excessive H2S content,high pressure difference of feed gas final cooler,and ammonia evaporator leakage.In this paper,the reasons behind such occurrences are analyzed,and feasible solutions are proposed to ensure normal operation of the unit,achieving remarkable effects.
