摘 要:为明确8种生物农药对烟青虫/棉铃虫的大田防治效果,连续2年开展了田间药效对比试验。试验结果表明:8种生物农药对烟青虫/棉铃虫都有一定的防治效果,1.0×10^11孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂、0.5%苦参碱水剂、32000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂施药1次,防效可达到80%以上,连续2次施药后防效均在99%以上;0.3%印楝素乳油、10%多杀霉素悬浮剂、2.0×10^10 PIB/mL棉铃虫核型多角体病毒悬浮剂、1.0×10^10 PIB/g甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒可湿性粉剂、0.5%藜芦碱可溶液剂连续施药2次后防效可达80%以上。进一步研究显示施用8种生物农药2次后烤烟产量和产值均高于清水对照。表明8种生物农药均可应用于烟田烟青虫/棉铃虫防治。In order to control tobacco pests using green technologies and to clarify the control efficacies of 8 biological pesticides on Helicoverpa assulta and Helicoverpa armigera,field experiments were conducted in two consecutive years.The results showed that all the pesticides tested had certain control efficacies on Helicoverpa assulta and Helicoverpa armigera.The control efficacies of 1.0×10^11 spore/mL Empedobacter brevis SC,0.5%matrine AS and 32000 IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis WP were over 80%after a single application and were over 99%after two applications.The control efficacies of 0.3%azadirachtin EC,10%spinosad SC,2.0×10^10 PIB/mL Helicoverpa armigera Nucleopolyhedrovirus SC,1.0×10^10 PIB/g Mamestra brassicae Nucleopolyhedrovirus WP,0.5%veratrine SL were over 80%after two applications.In addition,the yield and output value of tobacco exposed to 8 biopesticides were higher than those exposed to water(the control).Therefore,these biological pesticides can be used to control Helicoverpa assulta and Helicoverpa armigera in tobacco fields.
