摘　　要：合宪性审查是一项系统工程,在逐步推进的过程中面临许多问题,如规则体系统一、价值审查、基本概念澄清等。法律语言作为法律的表意系统与载体,在各项法律实践活动中都起着举足轻重的作用。法律语言学作为一种交叉学科,其研究方法如术语研究方法、符号学等可以为合宪性审查提供理论支持与操作路径。Constitutional review is a systematic project,and it faces many problems in the process of steady progress,including the unification of the rule system,value review and the clarification of some basic concepts.The legal language,as the system and medium for conveying legal meanings,plays an important role in various legal practices.Forensic linguistics is an interdisciplinary subject,and its research methods such as terminological examination and semiotic investigation can provide theoretical support and operational approach for constitutional review.
