摘　　要：作为重大公共事件,新冠肺炎疫情对山东省经济发展造成冲击,对未来发展产生深远影响。本文基于近几年山东增长动力特征、主要指标增速及对海外疫情走势判断等,分析了本次疫情对山东省经济的冲击程度,对2020年山东经济走势进行了预测。在此基础上,从中小微和民营企业发展、全球供应链重构、外资发展、新兴经济培育、政策传导阻滞等方面,分析了疫情之下山东经济发展需要重点关注的问题,并提出了应对疫情冲击和谋划长远发展的建议。As a major public event,the novel coronavirus pneumonia has a great impact on the economic development and far-reaching impact on the future development of Shandong province.Based on the growth dynamic characteristics of Shandong in recent years,the growth rate of main indicators in the first quarter and the judgment of the trend of overseas epidemic situation,this paper analyzes the impact degree of the epidemic on the economy of Shandong Province,and forecasts the economic trend of Shandong Province in 2020.On this basis,this paper analyzes key issues of the economic development under the epidemic situation,and puts forward some suggestions to deal with the impact of the epidemic and plan for long-term development from the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises,global supply chain reconstruction,foreign trade development,emerging economy cultivation,policy block and other aspects.
