摘  要:以‘白刺花’种子为材料,采用高温高湿人工加速老化的方法探究‘白刺花’种子贮藏过程中生理生化指标及种子活力变化。结果表明:老化处理6 d的‘白刺花’种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和SOD活性显著升高(p<0.05),丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量显著下降(p<0.05);幼苗长势以处理2 d最优。‘白刺花’种子抗劣变能力较强,耐贮性好;生产实践中可通过一定时间的高温高湿处理改善地间出苗的整齐度,处理时间以6 d为宜。Seeds of Sophora davidii were treated with high temperature and humidity(artificial aging)to determine their change in physiological and biochemical indexes and seed vigor during their storage as well as their seedling growth.The results showed that the seeds had a significantly higher germination energy,germination index,vigor index and SOD activity slightly(p<0.05),and significantly lower contents of MDA and soluble protein(p<0.05)after 6 days of artificial aging treatment.The seedling growth vigor was the highest when the seeds were treated with artificial aging for 2 days.The seeds of S.davidii have a high tolerance to deterioration and a higher storability,and produce uniform seedlings in the field when treated with high temperature and humidity for a given time,better for 6 days.
