摘 要:为比较报春苣苔属不同种或品种间的叶插繁殖效果,以报春苣苔属的25个原生种和13个品种为材料,分析不同种或品种间的成活率和子株数,比较其扦插繁殖的难易程度。结果表明,在25个原生种中,成活率和子株数存在显著差异,‘石蝴蝶状报春苣苔’的成活率最高,‘匍茎报春苣苔’的成活率最低,‘桂海报春苣苔’的子株数最多,‘肥牛草’的子株数最少。13个品种的成活率无显著差异,均为100%,子株数存在显著差异,‘希望’的子株数最多,‘紫玫瑰’的子株数最少。In order to compare different species or varieties of Primulina in leaf cutting propagation efficiency 25 native species and 13 varieties of Primulina were propagated by leaf cutting,and their survival rate and number of plantlets per leaf cutting were recorded and analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in survival rate and number of plantlets per leaf cutting among the 25 native species of P.petrocosmeoides had the highest survival rate of leaf cuttings,and P.diffusa had the lowest;P.guihaiensis had the highest number of plantlets per leaf cutting,and P.hedyotidea had the lowest.There was no significant difference in leaf cutting survival rate among the 13 varieties,and leaf cuttings of all the varieties had a 100%survival rate.These varieties were significantly different in number of plantlets per leaf cutting.The variety‘Hope’had the highest number of plantlets per leaf cutting while the variety‘Purple Rose’had the lowest number.
