摘  要:简要介绍了手持式γ探测器HDS101GN的性能特点,使用标准γ源137Cs、60Co、241Am对其进行了校准.通过高斯拟合得到了入射粒子的全能峰的峰位、半高宽,利用峰位与入射粒子能量对探测器进行了能量刻度.计算了不同入射γ粒子的能量分辨率,结果表明:该探测器对241Am的59.5 keV的γ能量分辨率为24.3%,对60Co的1.33 MeV的γ粒子的能量分辨率高达为6.83%.The characteristics of HDS101GN of a hand-held gamma detector are introduced. It was calibrated with standard 137Cs,60Co and 241Am γ sources. The peak position and half-height width of the full-energy peak of the incident particle were obtained by fitting with Gaussian function. The energy calibration of the detector was performed by correlating the peak position and the energy of the incident particle. The energy resolution of different incident γparticles was calculated. The results show that the detector has a resolution of 24.3% for the gamma energy of 59.5 keV of 241 Am and up to 6.83% for gamma particle of 1.33 MeV of 60Co.
