摘 要:目的观察和探究微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗的应用效果。方法该次研究将该院在2016年3月—2019年10月期间接诊治疗的创伤骨科患者进行研究,共49例,并将其随机分为两组,接受常规治疗方式治疗的是常规组,接受微创技术治疗的是微创组,比对两组患者在治疗过程中的相关指标、治疗有效率以及并发症发生率。结果微创组患者在治疗过程中的术中出血量(102.65±12.34)mL、手术时间(103.46±8.72)min、创口愈合时间(21.67±5.74)d、换药次数(10.28±4.77)次明显优于常规组(208.72±17.68)mL、(138.67±10.24)min、(30.91±8.75)d、(25.68±6.94)次(t=24.430,12.970、4.380、9.080 P<0.05);微创组患者的治疗有效率(100.00%)与常规组(91.67%)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.170,P=0.140>0.05);微创组患者的并发症发生率(4.00%)相比于常规组(29.71%),明显较低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.370,P=0.010 <0.05)。结论微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗的应用效果较好,患者伤口恢复情况较好,术中出血量少,减少了患者伤口换药的次数,并且并发症发生率低,应用和推广价值高。Objective To observe and explore the effect of minimally invasive technology in clinical treatment of trauma orthopedics.Methods In this study,a total of 49 trauma orthopedics patients admitted to the hospital between March 2016 and October 2019 were studied,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional group received conventional treatment.The group receiving minimally invasive technology was the minimally invasive group,and compared the relevant indicators,treatment efficiency,and complication rate of the patients in the two groups during the treatment process.Results In the minimally invasive group,the intraoperative blood loss(102.65±12.34)mL,the operation time(103.46±8.72)min,the wound healing time(21.67±5.74)d,and the number of dressing changes(10.28±4.77)times during the treatment were significantly better than those of the conventional group(208.72±17.68)mL,(138.67±10.24)times,(30.91±8.75)d,(25.68±6.94)times(t=24.430,12.970,4.380,9.080,P<0.05);there was no statist significant difference in the treatment efficiency(100.00%) between the minimally invasive group and the conventional group(91.67%)(χ2=2.170,P=0.140>0.05);the complication rate of patients in the minimally invasive group(4.00%) was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(29.7 1%)(χ2=5.370,P=0.010<0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive technology in the clinical treatment of trauma orthopedics is better,the patients wound recovery is better,the intraoperative bleeding is less,the number of wound dressing changes is reduced,and the incidence of complications is low,and the value of application and promotion is high.
