氢溴酸依他佐辛联合地佐辛在无痛人流术中的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氢溴酸依他佐辛联合地佐辛在无痛人流中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2020年2月科室收治的400例无痛人流术患者作为研究对象,采用数字双盲法将对象分为观察组和对照组,每组200例;对照组单独使用地佐辛,观察组联合应用氢溴酸依他佐辛和地佐辛,比较两组的临床应用效果。结果资料统计显示:观察组苏醒时的血流动力学各指标:平均动脉压(81.6±10.3)mmHg、心率(77.6±10.6)次/min、血氧饱和度(96.1±3.3)%,3项指标均优于对照组的(85.3±11.9)mmHg、(83.9±12.2)次/min、(98.3±4.0)%,组间差异有统计学意义(平均动脉压t=3.325,P=0.001;心率t=5.513,P=0.000;血氧饱和度t=5.600,P=0.000);观察组的麻醉效果和安全性各指标:诱导时间(32.1±4.1)s、苏醒时间(3.2±1.5)min、体动次数(1.2±0.4)次、苏醒后1 h的VAS评分(2.5±1.2)分及不良反应率7.00%均优于对照组的(35.8±5.0)s、(3.8±1.6)min、(1.0±0.5)次、(3.8±1.3)分及17.00%,各数据组间差异有统计学意义(诱导时间t=7.436,P=0.0000;苏醒时间t=3.870;P=0.000;体动次数t=4.417,P=0.000;VAS评分t=10.392;P=0.000;不良反应率χ2=4.735,P=0.030)。结论氢溴酸依他佐辛联合地佐辛应用于无痛人流术中效果及安全性良好,方法经过对比研究效果确切,值得在临床中借鉴并予以推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of etazocine hydrobromide combined with dezocine in painless abortion.Methods A total of 400 patients with painless abortion treated in the department from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were divided into observation group and control group by digital double-blind method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group adopted Zoxin,the observation group was combined with itazosin hydrobromide and dezocine,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results statistics show that the hemodynamic parameters of the observation group during wake-up:mean arterial pressure(81.6±10.3) mmHg,heart rate(77.6±10.6) times/min,blood oxygen saturation(96.1 ±3.3)%,three items were better than(85.3±11.9) mmHg,(83.9±12.2) times/min,and(98.3±4.0)% of the control group,which were statistically significant between the groups(mean arterial pressure t=3325,P=0.001;heart rate t=5.5127,P=0.000;blood oxygen saturation t=5.600,P=0.000);the anesthesia effect and safety indicators of the observation group:induction time(32.1±4.1) s,wake-up time(3.2±1.5) min,body movements(1.2±0.4) times,the VAS score(2.5±1.2) points and the adverse reaction rate 7.00% at 1 h after awakening were all better than the control group’s(35.8±5.0) s,(3.8±1.6) min,(1.0±0.5) times,(3.8±1.3) points and 17.00%,statistically significant difference between each data group(induction time t=7.436,P=0.000;wake time t=3.870,P=0.000;number of body movements t=4.417,P=0.000;VAS score t=10.392,P=0.000;adverse reaction rate χ2=4.735,P=0.030).Conclusion Etazocine hydrobromide combined with dezocine is effective and safe in the treatment of painless abortion.The method is comparatively effective after comparative research,and it is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
