摘　　要：目的探究经腹超声联合经阴道超声在提高宫外孕诊断准确率中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析80例宫外孕患者的临床资料,患者均先后进行经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查。比较经腹部、经阴道超声单独检查以及联合检查对宫外孕的诊断准确率、声像特征检出率、不同直径附件区包块检出率。结果经腹超声联合经阴道超声检查的诊断准确率和对胚芽、心管搏动、宫内假孕囊、盆腔积液以及直径≤20 mm附件区包块的检出率均高于经腹、经阴道超声单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3种检查方式对直径>20 mm附件区包块的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经腹超声联合经阴道超声对宫外孕的诊断检出率较高,可清晰显示宫外孕声像特征,对直径较小的附件区包块有较高的检出率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application value of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in increasing diagnostic accuracy rate of ectopic pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy was retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,separately.The diagnostic accuracy rate of ectopic pregnancy,detection rate of imaging characteristics,and the detection rate of different diameters of adnexal masses of single examination and combined examination were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate,detection rate of embryo,cardiovasculaRpulse,intrauterine phantom pregnancy bursa,pelvic effusion and the diameteRof adnexal mass≤20 mm of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound were significantly higheRthan those of transabdominal oRtransvaginal ultrasound alone(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the detection rate of adnexalmass diameteR>20 mm among the three examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis has higheRdiagnostic detection rate of ectopic pregnancy,which can clearly show the imaging characteristics of ectopic pregnancy and has higheRdetection rate of smalleRdiameteRadnexal masses.
