摘　　要：为突出土地综合承载力等单项承载力评价研究在当前我国"双评价"工作及未来发展中的重要性,采用文献分析法及归纳统计法,结合理论基础分类汇总国内外对土地综合承载力评价的相关研究。结果表明,随着社会进步及研究深入的不断发展,丰富了土地综合承载力概念的内涵,已不在仅仅局限于最早的"土地-人口"关系。当前土地综合承载力的研究发展迅速,但在研究方法与体系构建等方面仍存在不同程度的问题,为更好地服务我国国土空间规划,土地综合承载力的研究需要进一步改进和完善,以提高其科学合理性。In order to highlight the importance of single bearing capacity evaluation research such as land comprehensive bearing capacity in China′s"dual evaluation"work and future development,the literature analysis method and inductive statistical method,combined with theoretical basis,are used to classify and summarize domestic and foreign evaluations of land comprehensive bearing capacity Related research;Studies have shown that,starting from the earliest concept of carrying capacity,with social progress and in-depth research,it has continuously developed into a rich concept of comprehensive land carrying capacity,not limited to the earliest"land-population"relationship;the current comprehensive land carrying capacity Research is developing rapidly and the trend is good,but there are still problems of varying degrees in research methods and system construction,In order to better serve China′s national land spatial planning,the study of comprehensive land carrying capacity needs to be further improved and perfected to improve its scientific rationality.
