摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断发展,能够在浏览器端展示的内容也越来越丰富,于是在传统的二维Web GIS的基础上,采用WebGL、Cesium等三维库来进行三维展示的Web GIS也越来越受到关注。与传统二维GIS相比,三维GIS更加突出对数据进行空间分析的能力,能够最直观地展示三维数据。与此同时,倾斜摄影测量技术也在三维数据来源方面发挥越来越重要的作用,并且对它们进行网络发布也逐渐成为该领域的研究热点之一。本文依据Web三维GIS的基本理论,以上海交通大学三维模型和辽宁工程技术大学玉龙校区的倾斜摄影模型为例,在实现基本的导航浏览的基础上,实现对传统模型和倾斜摄影模型进行空间分析的功能。系统采用B/S架构,以Skyline平台为开发框架,其中,倾斜摄影部分调用了Wish3D Earth的API,选用JavaScript作为开发语言,最后实现对三维模型的展示浏览、空间分析等功能,从而有利于决策者做出更好的决策。此外,该设计对于类似系统建立有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。With the continuous development of the Internet technology,more and more content can be displayed on the browser side.Therefore,on the basis of the traditional two-dimensional Web GIS,three-dimensional libraries such as WebGL and Cesium are used to perform three-dimensional display of web 3D GIS.More and more attention.Compared with traditional 2D GIS,3D GIS has powerful spatial analysis capabilities and can display 3D data most intuitively.At the same time,oblique photogrammetry technology has also played an increasingly important role in the source of three-dimensional data,and their online publication has also become one of the research hotspots in this field.Based on the basic theory of Web 3D GIS,this paper uses the 3D model of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the tilt photography model of the Yulong Campus of Liaoning Technical University as an example.Based on the basic navigation and navigation,the spatial analysis of the traditional model and tilted photography model is realized.The function.The system adopts the B/S architecture and the skyline platform as the development framework.The inclined photography part calls the Wish3D Earth API and selects JavaScript as the development language to finally implement the functions such as displaying browsing and spatial analysis of the 3D model,which is beneficial to the decision makers.Making better decisions,in addition the design has some reference and reference value for the establishment of similar systems.
