摘　　要：从土地交易工作的实际需求出发,利用WebGIS等技术,设计了土地交易信息管理系统的总体架构、数据库建设、数据管理以及应用服务的建设,最终实现了土地交易信息的分类可视化展示、业务流程的结合、土地生命周期管理和统计报表等功能,极大地提高了工作的效率与服务质量。Based on the actual demand of work for land transaction,this paper designs the general frame of land transaction information management system,the construction of database,data management and application service by using WebGIS.Finally,it realized the classified visual of land transaction information,combination of business processes,the management of land life cycle and statistical function,which greatly improved the work efficiency and service quality.
